At Lavender 9, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packaging and delivering every order. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our policy below carefully.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- A clear unboxing video or photos of the product must be shared as proof.
- The item must not have been altered or tailored.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during Sale or Discount offers
- Products with signs of use, washing, or wear
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Custom-stitched or altered garments
- Innerwear, accessories, or jewellery (hygiene reasons)

Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 48 hours
Ship the product back to our address (if approved)
Refund or replacement processed within 5â7 business days
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp or Email.
- If the return is approved, refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5â7 business days.
- For COD orders, refund will be processed via Bank Transfer / UPI. Please share your account details when raising the request.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange subject to stock availability. If the required size is available, we will ship the replacement after receiving the original product. Exchange shipping cost (return + reship) will be borne by the customer unless the mistake was on our end (wrong item / defective product).
Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
We apologise sincerely for the inconvenience. If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your Order ID + unboxing video via WhatsApp.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
