Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1â2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- You will receive a WhatsApp / SMS notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities (Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad): 3â5 Business Days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5â7 Business Days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 7â10 Business Days
- During festive seasons (Diwali, Pongal, etc.), delivery may take 2â3 extra days due to high volume.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier partner name will be sent to your registered WhatsApp number or email.
- You can track your order on the courier partner’s website using the tracking ID.
- If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Our Courier Partners
We ship via trusted courier services including Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, India Post, Xpressbees, and Shiprocket â depending on your location and availability.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders up to âš2,000.
- A nominal COD handling charge of âš39 will be added at checkout.
- COD may not be available in certain pin codes. You will be notified during checkout.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Origin (RTO)
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the package will be returned to us.
- We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges will apply.
- For prepaid orders where the customer refuses delivery without valid reason, refund will be processed minus shipping charges (âš79ââš99).
